We accept no liability for onward transportation beyond the delivery address provided and completed via My Hermes
If you find your order to be incomplete you must contact us to query within 48 hours from my Hermes confirmation of delivery.
There is a small charge of £2.95 for tracked delivery service via Hermes.
Do you clean the clothes first?
Yes. All except new clothes with tags are washed and ironed before being listed on the website.
How can I pay?
You can pay with credit or debit card (via Stripe) or with PayPal.
Do you buy clothes in?
We generally source locally and hand select for quality however please feel free to contact us as some exceptions are made for popular items.
Can I sell my clothes to you for store credit?
We're happy to for partnerships over time, contact us for further information.

What if I am unhappy with an item I have purchased?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with an item you have purchased contact us. Every care is taken to ensure that each item listed is of a quality that is in perfectly good condition to be loved and worn again. Any defects are noted on the listing and if anything is noticed when packaging the order an email is sent stating the defect and the item is reduced in price and a refund of the difference given or in some cases refunded in full but posted anyway.
What do you do with the clothes you source that are not listed on your website?
Love Preloved have a reduce reuse recycle policy. None of our clothing is sent to landfill. Clothing with grade 1 defects are passed to a group of local child minders and the local school and pre school for spares.
Clothing with grade 2 defects are collected for shipping out to Africa and the proceeds donated to our chosen charity.
